The curse of the dashing dash!

Duhn duhn DUHN!

This particular client had a problem. A real dashing problem. In some of their materials, the brand reflected a dash. Not an ordinary dash, not a shy dash, but a DASHING dash.

In some places it was prevalent, and other times it would seem to…disappear? Where did their dash go?

Their problem lied in their branding consistency. That’s where we stepped in.

Once we conducted a very thorough investigation, we showed them the clues to their mystery. We looked at all their materials and made numerous edits to fix their consistency issue across the board (dashes, capitalizations, spellings, hyphens, bolding, bullets and more).

Mystery solved. We removed all previous materials and supplied the organization with nothing but the newest so that this consistency issue wouldn’t creep back in through the back door or through the alley-way.

What prevailed is a consistent brand, clarity over public perception, even an increased perception of their level of professionalism.

Surveys said: it was a hit! Everyone liked the new branding. The curse was no more and everyone slept better at night.
